I am an Industrial Engineer from the University of Lima, Peru, with an MBA from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. Trained in Europe, the USA, and Japan, I bring over 30 years of experience in international plant management, business development, and industrial operations.

My expertise spans across product and process engineering, supply chain management, logistics, quality, procurement, transportation and distribution, finance, HR, safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

As an Interim Manager, I have successfully led business restructuring, operational excellence initiatives, and P&L management. I have also managed task force teams to resolve quality and delivery crises in multi-plant, multi-cultural, and multi-functional environments.

I have extensive experience in industrial and digital transformation, having led greenfield and brownfield projects in Portugal and Spain for the automotive sector. Additionally, I have been involved in business relocations across Europe, global S&OP for mass consumption, talent management, cultural transformation, and general management across multiple industries, including:
